1. Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order with us, you enter into a binding agreement with Christian Rebely AS and accept our terms.

2. Products

Our products are handcrafted and made to order according to your specifications. This means that each item is unique, and slight variations may occur. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total cost of your purchase will be displayed before checkout and includes all applicable charges, such as shipping and packaging.

4. Ordering

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please verify that all details are correct. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Vipps, Klarna, Swish, and Walley. Payment will be processed when the order is shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All products are made to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 2–4 weeks. Orders are shipped via Posten, Bring, or PostNord, and you will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the delivery address and the package's weight/size. For international orders, any customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Section 22(e) of the Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications or that have been clearly personalized. As our products are handmade to order, they fall under this exemption. Therefore, the purchase becomes binding once the order is confirmed.

9. Claims & Complaints

If you discover any defects or faults in the product, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after detecting the issue, providing a description of the problem along with photos if possible. If the claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Privacy Policy

We handle your personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., with shipping providers).

11. Limitation of Liability

Christian Rebely AS is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from delays or defects in the product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
