Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Section 22(e) of the Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications or that have been clearly personalized. As our products are handmade to order, they fall under this exemption. Therefore, the purchase becomes binding once the order is confirmed.

 

Claims & Complaints

If a defect or fault is discovered in the product, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after detecting the issue, providing a description of the problem along with photos if possible. If the claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
